2025 FIELD OF FLAGS SUMMER CELEBRATION

  • P516 River Highway, Suite D PBM #275 Mooresville, NC 28117 (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Every July 4th, the LKN community comes together to celebrate, and the Field of Flags Summer Celebration is a "must see" event! The Field of Flags commemorates our Veterans, fallen/active service members, and First Responders who serve our country. The American-made flags are proudly displayed annually from July 2-5 on the front lawn of the Lowe’s YMCA. A celebration featuring a ceremony, concert, and fireworks is held each July 3.

The beloved community event started in 2005, when the Exchange Club of Mooresville - Lake Norman placed 450 flags on the football field of Mooresville High School, and just  keeps evolving and expanding. Each year since 2021, we have placed over 800 American-made flags on the field of the Lowe's YMCA.

You are invited to visit the Field of Flags day or night. Freely walk the rows of flags among the very names of just a few of the men and women who have kept and continue to keep us safe and free. We are eager for you to join us as we celebrate our great nation and those who protect our freedoms!
