Charlotte Race Week Events in Race City USA
For more than 20 years, the May races at Charlotte Motor Speedway have been surrounded by fun, family-friendly events in the neighboring towns and cities. Events include concerts, festivals, zucchini car races, a parade of NASCAR haulers and more! We are excited to be hosting the Little 600 here in Mooresville, as well as some other great events. The annual Race City Festival in Downtown Mooresville is the kick-off to the events for the upcoming #600Festival Charlotte Race Weeks. This event is fun for the whole family, and this year’s features include: Food Truck Festival, International Food Court, Live Imagine Music Stage, Dance Performers, Chain Saw Art, more than 100 Arts & Crafts Vendors, Kids activities, bounce house, children’s train, and more! Free admission.

JR Motorsports Fan Day

Several JR Motorsports drivers will be on hand from 1-2 p.m. ET on Friday, May 24 for the team’s annual Fan Day festivities at the JRM campus and will participate in an hour-long autograph session for fans. Drivers Justin Allgaier, Michael Annett, Noah Gragson, Zane Smith, Ryan Truex, Jeb Burton and his father, 2002 Daytona 500 winner Ward Burton, Josh Berry and Adam Lemke will be on hand to sign autographs. The session will be first-come, first-served. In addition to the signing, shop tours of the JRM facility will be available at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. ET.
